If you try to access library resources off-campus and a message reading "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" or similar appears, that means you need to clear your browser's cache. Make sure to clear the entirety of it and not just the past 24 hours. You can also try using a different browser or clearing your device's SSL certificates.
