- If you get an error similar to "Secure Connection Failed" or "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" when trying to log in, try the following steps:
	
		- Turn off any VPNs and browser extensions you have.
 
		- Make sure your browser and computer system have the latest updates installed.
 
		- Clear your browser's cache (all of it and not just the last 24 hours).
 
		- Clear your computer's SSL state.
 
		- Disable QUIC Protocol.
		  
	
	 
	- If you have problems logging in but do not get an error like the one above, verify that your password does not exceed 30 characters and update it if necessary.
	  
	- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, Contact DSU Librarians for assistance. Please include as much information as possible including:
	
		- Screenshots of error messages;
 
		- The browser(s) you are using.
