If you are looking at the individual record for the article, the link to the full text will be off on the left side of the screen. It will say either PDF full text or HTML full text. You just need to click on those links and you'll have the full article. If you don't see full text but rather just Detailed Record, then the article is not full text in the database.

You'll be able to see if the full text of the article is available using Find a Journal. Just type in the name of the publication. A video of this process is available at https://www.screencast.com/t/cWiVmt8QzF8.
